Welcome to Tradz, a trading card marketplace platform that connects collectors and sellers.

By using our app, website, and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part, you must stop using the platform immediately.

Please read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations on our platform.

2.1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to create yourself an account and use Tradz.

If you're under 17, you can use Tradz with parental guidance or consent when registering an acocunt.

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering an account.

2.2. Account Security

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and private.

Any activity under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect fraud or illegal transactions, inform us immediately.

You must not use Tradz for:

• Posting fake, misleading, or third-party rights infringing listings
• Scamming, defrauding, or harming other sellers, buyers users or individuals.
• Accessing or scraping data without express permission. Disrupting or interrupting platform's services and hacking security.

Sellers must provide accurate, clear, and truthful information— including images, descriptions, and condition.

High-resolution images are recommended to improve trust and sale conversions. Tradz may moderate or remove listings that violate our guidelines or Indonesian law.

You must be the owner of (or have right to sell) the items you list.

You may not list counterfeit or illegal products.

Tradz provides payment gateway no additional fees.

Payment processing involves third-party payers and Xendit, per current agreement.

Users are responsible for all applicable government taxes, duties, and fees.

Buyers and sellers need to abide by payment and withdrawal terms, refund and cancellation policies, and dispute resolution mechanism as covered by Tradz and seller agreement.

We collect and store personal information about you:

• Account information: Name, email, and login credentials.
• Transaction details: Purchase history, payment methods, and shipping addresses.
• Usage data: Browsing patterns and activity logs.
• Device Info: IP address, browser type, and device information.

We use your data solely to:

• Facilitate buying, selling, and payment processes.
• Improve the app, personalize your experience.
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Will not be consent for marketing communications.
• Contact you for important updates, transaction confirmations, or legal obligations.

Tradz does sell your data. We may share your personal data only when:

• It's required by law or requested by law enforcement (e.g., subpoena, court order).
• Needed for transaction fulfillment (e.g., sharing addresses with sellers or logistics partners).
• To protect the legal rights and safety of Tradz, our users, or other third parties.
• With third-party service providers who help power our services (analytics, payments, cloud storage). They must only use data as instructed by us.

You have the right to:

• Access and review all of your personal information
• Request us to correct or update inaccurate data.
• Will not be consent for marketing communications. Contact you for important updates, affairs confirmations or legal.
• Object to or restrict us from certain uses.
• Withdraw consent for data processing (may limit your use of the app).

We keep your data as long as you're an active user and for some time after deletion (to comply with law and protect our legitimate interests).

Tradz may use cookies or similar tech to improve performance and track user behavior for analytical purposes.

You can adjust cookie settings in your browser, but disabling them may impact app functionality.

Tradz reserves the right to update our Terms & Privacy Policy at any time.

When significant changes occur, you'll be announced via our app, email, or website updates.

Continued use of Tradz after updates means you accept those changes.
